  • 1 cup warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter (softened)
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons dry milk
  • 2 1/2 cups bread flour
  • 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (I use raw)
  • 3 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturer's suggestion.

  2. I set in on the dough cycle.

  3. Place in a sprayed bread loaf pan.

  4. Cover in let rise again in a dry warm place about 40 minutes or until double.

  5. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.

  6. Cool completely before cutting.

  7. Slather with butter and enjoy.

  8. Tastes best with chicken salad!
