  • 10 ounces angel hair pasta
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to directions.

  2. In lg skillet, saute garlic in oil.

  3. Stir in flour, cornstarch, garlic salt, pepper and basil.

  4. Slowly add milk; bring to a boil.

  5. Cook and stir for 2 minutes.

  6. Reduce heat; stir in cream cheese and parmesan cheese.

  7. Stir until smooth.

  8. Add drained pasta, toss to coat.
