  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can Mexican-style stewed tomatoes with jalapeno peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups tomato juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook beef, green pepper, and onion until meat is browned and the veggies are tender; drain.
