Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium onions (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 6 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon cider vinegar
  • 1 cup water (hot)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup water (cool)
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 16 ounces noodles (cooked)

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet.

  2. Place browned beef in crock pot.

  3. Add onion to skillet and saute until it is tender (about 5 minutes).

  4. In a bowl mix worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and vinegar, mustard and salt.

  5. Add this mixture to meat with one cup of water.

  6. Stir and cover.

  7. Cook for 4 hours low.

  8. Stir in brown sugar and cook for 1 hour more on low.

  9. Blend flour with remaining 1/2 cup of cool water and add to meat mixture.

  10. Stir until thickened.

  11. Serve over noodles.
