Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Lightly grease pan.

  3. Place chicken in pan and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. In a seperate bowl mix jar of apricot preserves and packet of Lipton french onion soup mix.

  5. Pour mixture on to chicken and spread evenly over thighs.

  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until done, spoon sauce over chicken a couple times during baking.
