Ingredients
- Cooked and shredded chicken. A rotisserie chicken works well here.
- A can of cream of chicken soup. (A casserole classic.)
- Sour cream.
- Cheddar cheese.
- Butter crackers.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch square baking dish with nonstick spray.
Stir together the chicken, cream of chicken soup, and sour cream.
Spread out half of the chicken mixture in the baking dish, top with half of the cheese.
Top with remaining chicken, followed by the remaining cheese, and the crushed crackers.
Bake until mixture is bubbly and top is golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
