This recipe for Cranberry Waldorf Salad brings together 4 cups apples, chopped (I like using crisp Ambrosia apples), 1 cup celery, chopped, 1 1/2 cups seedless grapes, halved (I prefer using green grapes) in a practical dish for home cooking. It takes about 10 min to prepare and cook. It makes approximately 8 servings.
