  • 4 bananas
  • 4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/8 teaspoon clove
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 2 1/2 cups flour

Instructions

  1. Peel, core and microwave apples for two minutes on high. Mash apples and bananas then mix with remaining ingredients. Drop by tablespoon onto prepared cookie sheet (coated with non-stick spray) and press in a criss-cross fashion with a fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool for one minute then remove from baking sheet.
