Ingredients
- 10 -12 potatoes, peeled and sliced into coins
- 1 small onion, sliced into rings,and seperated
- 4 tablespoons butter or 4 tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 (15 ounce) cans pork and beans
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 5 -6 hot dogs, sliced into coins

Instructions
In electric skillet or large frying pan, melt butter and add onions.
Add potatoes and seasonings, and combine well.
Cover, and cook on low heat for 3-4 hours, turning occasionally.
In medium saucepan, combine beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, onion, salt and peppper, and sliced hot dogs.
Bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10 min.
