- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 1/4 walnuts, toasted and finely ground
- 2 garlic cloves, mashed
- 2 tablespoons red pepper paste
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon chopped of fresh mint
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 bay leaf

Instructions
Place feta cheese on a plate and mash very well with a fork.
Add all other ingrdients and mix very well.
Place bay leaf into center of dip.
Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
When ready to serve, stir; REMOVE the bay leave and stir more.
Serve.
