- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup water

Instructions
Toss the sliced flank steak with the cornstarch until evenly coated.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the beef in batches until browned and cooked through.
Return all beef to the skillet, add the water, and stir until the coating forms a light sauce.
Serve warm.
