- 2 large brown onions, halved and sliced

- 4 pork steaks
- 4 sandwich rolls or buns

Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened and browned.
Stir in balsamic vinegar and cook briefly until the onions are coated.
Cook pork steaks in the pan until browned and cooked through.
Place pork steaks in sandwich rolls and top with balsamic onions.
