Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, beat the egg and add the water.

  2. In a medium bowl add flour and salt and create a hole in the middle. Add the egg-water mixture and mix well. If the mixture is too dry add some more water, one teaspoon at a time, until a pliable dough has formed.

  3. On a floured surface, knead the dough until elastic. Then cut it into two separate balls and cover them with a damp cloth for 10 minutes.

  4. Cut each ball into 4 equal pieces. Roll the pieces into squares and store them in the freezer in a Tupperware and use them whenever needed.
