- 350 g self raising flour
- 350 g low-fat plain yogurt

Instructions
Put everything in a bowl and mix together till combined to a dough. If you find it too sticky add a little more flour, too dry more yoghurt.
Split the dough into equal portions. This amount makes 8 small or 4 large flatbreads.
Lightly oil a pre heated frying pan. Using your hands, gently stretch the portions of dough (there's no right or wrong size).
Gently fry each bread on either side until golden brown. They go with anything, enjoy :).
