- 1-2 gallons water

Instructions
Combine kosher salt, sugar, and water in a large pot or brining container.
Stir until the salt and sugar dissolve.
Submerge the turkey in the brine and refrigerate for about 24 hours.
Remove turkey from brine before cooking.
