Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven.

  2. Melt the butter in an ovenproof pan or tart dish.

  3. Add the grapes in an even layer.

  4. Place the thawed puff pastry over the grapes, trimming or tucking the edges as needed.

  5. Bake until the pastry is puffed and golden and the grapes are softened.

  6. Let cool briefly, then invert onto a serving plate.

  7. Slice and serve.
