Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook bacon until crisp, then crumble and reserve the bacon fat.
Cook finely chopped onion in reserved bacon fat until softened.
Mix softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, and cooked onion.
Fill mushroom caps with the cream cheese mixture.
Arrange stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
Bake until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is hot, about 20 minutes.
