- 3-4 lbs boneless turkey breast, skin removed and butterflied
- 1/2 cup prepared wild long grain rice
- 1/2 cup prepared Stove Top stuffing mix, chicken or turkey flavored

Instructions
Lay the butterflied turkey breast flat on a work surface.
Spread the prepared wild rice and prepared stuffing mix over the turkey breast.
Roll the turkey breast tightly around the filling to form a roulade.
Place the turkey roulade in a crockpot or slow cooker.
Cook until the turkey is cooked through and the roulade is tender.
