  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 3/4 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup, diluted with
  • 1 3/4 cups water
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat.

  2. Stir in meat and brown.

  3. Add flour, salt and pepper and mushrooms.

  4. Cook 5 minutes.

  5. Combine diluted mushroom soup with sour cream.

  6. Stir into meat mixture, simmer 10 minutes.

  7. Cook your noodles according to package directions, drain.

  8. Serve mixture over hot noodles.
