Instructions
Melt white chocolate and then divide into bowls and color with assorted food coloring, leaving some white. Alternatively, use previously colored meltable wafers, as well as white.
Scoop popped kettle corn into a small bowl and drizzle on a liberal amount of melted white chocolate. Shake/stir the popcorn to distribute over all the kernels.
Add caramel bugles and, optionally, colored or white marshmallows.
Drizzle a rainbow of the other melted chocolate colors all over the top of the popcorn.
Shake on a variety of sprinkles (we used pink pearls, pastel rainbow flowers, pink sugar, and silver and gold stars).
Optional: drizzle some sparkle gel and edible glitter.
