  • 1/4 cup diced red onion (small)
  • 4 ounces slivered almonds (approximately 3/4 cup)
  • 4 ounces roasted sunflower seeds (approximately 3/4 cup)
  • 1 (3 ounce) package oriental-flavor instant ramen noodles
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Break up the dry ramen noodles into small pieces.

  2. In a large bowl add the coleslaw mix.

  3. In a medium bowl, whisk together the oil, sugar, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic powder and the flavor packet from the ramen noodles. Add and combine onions, almonds and sunflower seeds.

  4. Pour sauce mix over coleslaw and combine thoroughly.

  5. Add ramen noodles and toss just before serving.

  6. Enjoy! :-).
