Ingredients

  • 2 (1 1/2 ounce) uncured turkey hot dogs
  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1 tablespoon butter, spread
  • 2 sharp cheddar cheese, deli slices
  • hot sauce (sriracha)
  • Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh jalapeno

Instructions

  1. Cook turkey hot dogs on medium heat on a greased skillet moving periodically until brown on all sides and heated through the center. Spread buttery spread on one side of bread.

  2. Place bread, butter side down on a large skillet or griddle. Place a slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Heat until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown, about 1 minute.
