Ingredients

  • 1 cup water (70-80 degrees)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Instructions

  1. In bread machine pan, place the ingredients in order suggested by manufacturer.

  2. Select dough setting.

  4. Punch down, cover and let stand for 10 minutes.
