Ingredients

  • 1 lb penne pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves minced garlic
  • 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and well drained
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 cups half-and-half (or heavy cream, if desired)
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.

  2. Cook penne in boiling salted water until al dente.

  3. Drain pasta and place in large bowl.

  4. Heat olive oil over medium heat and saute garlic for about 1 minute.
