Ingredients
- 100g dark chocolate, minimum 70% cocoa solids, broken into pieces
- 50g caster sugar
- 2 free-range egg yolks

Instructions
Melt the dark chocolate gently in a heatproof bowl set over a pan of barely simmering water, then remove from the heat.
Whisk the caster sugar and egg yolks together until smooth and slightly thickened.
Gradually stir the melted chocolate into the egg yolk mixture until fully combined.
Divide the mixture between 6 small pots or glasses.
Chill until set before serving.
