Ingredients
- 10 turkey legs
- 1 cup Morton Tender Quick salt
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- Water, enough to cover turkey legs

Instructions
Dissolve Morton Tender Quick salt and brown sugar in enough water to cover the turkey legs.
Stir in liquid smoke.
Add turkey legs, cover, and refrigerate for 24 hours.
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Remove turkey legs from brine and pat dry.
Place turkey legs in a roasting pan.
Roast for about 2 hours 30 minutes, or until cooked through and browned.
