  • 1 (12 ounce) bottle soy sauce
  • 2 cups white wine, any kind
  • Fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Place the steak in a nonreactive dish or resealable bag.

  2. Add the soy sauce, white wine, and fresh parsley, turning the steak to coat.

  3. Cover and marinate for about 24 hours in the refrigerator.

  4. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard the marinade.

  5. Cook the steak for about 30 minutes, or until done to your liking.
