- 1 package coleslaw mix
- 1 vidalia onion, diced
- 4 shallots, sliced
- 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
- 1 (14 ounce) can hunts diced garlic balsamic & olive oil diced tomatoes
- 4 cups water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 3 cups chopped ham
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
Instructions
cook cabbage,onions,shallots in olive oil, till limp.
add juice,tomatoes,water,sugar,lemonî juice,salt and pepper.
add chili sauce.
simmer 1 hour.
add ham in last 15 minutes of cooking.
