  • 1 vidalia onion, diced
  • 4 shallots, sliced
  • 1 (46 ounce) can tomato juice
  • 1 (14 ounce) can hunts diced garlic balsamic & olive oil diced tomatoes
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
  • 3 cups chopped ham
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste

Instructions

  1. cook cabbage,onions,shallots in olive oil, till limp.

  2. add juice,tomatoes,water,sugar,lemonî juice,salt and pepper.

  3. add chili sauce.

  4. simmer 1 hour.

  5. add ham in last 15 minutes of cooking.
