Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger or 1 lb ground turkey
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans rotel brand diced tomatoes with mild green chilies
  • 1 (8 ounce) box elbow macaroni
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown hamburger/turkey in large skillet.

  2. While hamburger is browning, cook macaroni per package directions, usually 5-7 minutes.

  3. Add tomato sauce, Rotel (and tomatoes, if you are using those) to hamburger.

  4. Drain macaroni and add to hamburger.
