Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup canola oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups zucchini, grated and drained well
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 3 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
