Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 40 -50 Ritz crackers, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Pound chicken breasts until they are thin.

  3. Stir together mustard, honey, salt and pepper.

  4. Spread or paint dijon mixture generously on chicken breasts.

  5. Crush Ritz crackers into fine crumbs.
