Ingredients

  • 3 large whole wheat tortillas or 3 large your favorite tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
  • 1 1/4 cups black bean salsa (your recipe "or" ready made)
  • 1 cup imitation crabmeat, shredded
  • 18 medium prawns, cooked,cleaned,shelled,tails off
  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, smashed or 2 tablespoons flaked dried garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chili pepper flakes, to taste
  • 1/2 cup dried fried onion flakes (Like French's)
  • 1 3/4 cups leerdammer cheese or 1 3/4 cups cheddar cheese (or mix them)

Instructions

  1. Paint the butter on the top of each tortilla paying attention to the outer edges, stack one tortilla on top of the other,press together& place the three tortillas on your pizza pan or pizza baking stone.

  2. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  3. Spread on the Black Bean Salsa, bring it out to the edges.

  4. Spread on the crab and prawns.

  5. Sprinkle on the dried onions and garlic.

  6. Then add the cheese, distributing it evenly.

  7. Pop into the pre heated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown.
