- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 medium red bell pepper, sliced into thin strips
- 1 cup broccoli floret
- 4 medium green onions, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped or 2 teaspoons dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
Heat skillet or wok over med-high heat; add oil and rotate skillet to coat.
