Ingredients
- 4 lbs pork baby back ribs
- 1 (15 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 300°F.
Place the ribs in a baking dish or roasting pan and season evenly with garlic powder.
Cover tightly with foil and cook until the ribs are tender.
Remove the foil, brush the ribs generously with barbecue sauce, and return to the oven.
Cook uncovered until the sauce is hot, sticky, and glazed.
Rest briefly, then cut into portions and serve.
