Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 lb bulk pork sausage
  • 1/2 cup pork rind, crushed to a powder
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Hard-cook the eggs, then cool and peel them.

  2. Divide the pork sausage into 6 equal portions.

  3. Flatten each sausage portion and wrap it around one peeled egg, sealing completely.

  4. Mix the crushed pork rinds and shredded cheddar cheese in a shallow dish.

  5. Roll each sausage-wrapped egg in the pork rind and cheddar mixture to coat.

  6. Cook until the sausage is browned and cooked through.

  7. Serve warm.
