Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 6 ounces pancetta, diced
Instructions
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook diced pancetta until browned and crisp.
Drain spaghetti, reserving a little pasta water.
Toss hot spaghetti with pancetta and enough reserved pasta water to coat.
Serve immediately.
