  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 6 ounces pancetta, diced

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti until al dente.

  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook diced pancetta until browned and crisp.

  3. Drain spaghetti, reserving a little pasta water.
