Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb) bag Frank's sauerkraut, or equivalent
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
Instructions
Chop the bacon and cook it in a large skillet or pot over medium heat until browned and the fat has rendered.
Add the chopped onion and cook until softened.
Add the sauerkraut and stir to combine with the bacon and onion.
Cover and simmer until the sauerkraut is heated through and tender, stirring occasionally.
