- 1/3 cup dry white wine
Instructions
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
Add pork chops and cook until browned on both sides and cooked through.
Remove pork chops from the skillet and keep warm.
Add dry white wine to the skillet and simmer, scraping up browned bits.
Stir in cranberry-thyme sauce and simmer briefly until heated through.
Serve pork chops topped with the sauce.
