Ingredients
- Soba noodles
- Broccoli
- 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons dark sesame oil
Instructions
Cook the soba noodles in a large pot of boiling water according to package directions.
Add the broccoli during the last few minutes of cooking and cook until tender-crisp.
Drain the noodles and broccoli well.
Whisk together the low sodium soy sauce, sugar, and dark sesame oil in a mixing bowl.
Toss the hot noodles and broccoli with the sauce until evenly coated.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
