Ingredients
- 1 (32 ounce) package rectangular sliced ham lunch meat
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1/2 cup picante sauce, preferably not chunky
- Pickles, as needed for wrapping
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and picante sauce until smooth.
Spread a thin layer of the cream cheese mixture over each slice of ham.
Place a pickle on each ham slice and roll the ham tightly around it.
Slice the rolls into bite-size pieces, if desired.
Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.
