Ingredients

  • 4 cups wide egg noodles
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups sweet onions, sliced about 1/8 inch thick
  • Cabbage, sliced

Instructions

  1. Cook the wide egg noodles in a large pot of boiling water until tender; drain.

  2. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.

  3. Add the sliced sweet onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened.

  4. Add the sliced cabbage and cook until tender and lightly browned.
