9x13-inch baking dish, foil, oven

Ingredients

  • 3 (16 ounce) cans great northern beans
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 lb cubed cooked ham
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Mix together all ingredients.

  3. Place in a buttered 9x13-inch baking dish.

  4. Cover with foil.

  5. Bake at 350F for 1 1/2 hours.

  6. Remove foil and bake for 20-30 minutes more.
