I got this recipe, if you can believe it, from an advertisement for Gain laundry detergent that appeared in Southern Living magazine last year. I'm posting because I'm tired of digging through clippings to find it (thanks, food.com! I might someday be organized). It is really, really tasty on boneless skinless chicken breast halves, marinate a little while and then grill. Would love to hear some other uses. I used lime juice as that's what we have here. Did not add wine as I'm allergic, but did add a dash of Salsa Magli, in the past have used a little chipotle, too. Original recipe calls for 1 tsp salt which I did not add. Keeps well in the refrigerator.
