Adapted from BoliviaWeb and Time/Life Foods of the World. You can add less sugar if you wish. "Yungueno" means "from the Yungas," which is a forested area on the Eastern slopes of the Andes. I've scaled this down to make fewer servings.

Cocktail shaker
Ingredients
- 3 ounces orange juice
- 3 ounces brandy (Singani or Pisco preferred)
- 1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste) (optional)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cold water (or crushed ice)
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a shaker.
Mix very well.
Chill. This should be served very cold.
