Ingredients

  • 3 ounces orange juice
  • 3 ounces brandy (Singani or Pisco preferred)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar (or to taste) (optional)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cold water (or crushed ice)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a shaker.

  2. Mix very well.

  3. Chill. This should be served very cold.
