I love rissoles, they're easy to make and taste great. And you can pretty much put whatever you want into them!! After much trial and using my family as guinea pigs, I have come up with our family favourite rissole recipe. I hope you like it too :).

Equipment
Mixing bowl, frying pan
Ingredients
- 500 g beef mince (ground beef)
- 1 sachet chicken soup (in dry powder form)
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 small zucchini, grated
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 beef stock cube, crumbled
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce (ketchup)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Instructions
Combine the entire lot in a mixing bowl, making sure that it's all very well combined.
Form into little meat patties with your hands, mine are usually about half the size of the palm of my hand and 3cm in height.
Put a splash of oil of your choice into a frying pan and put on a medium heat.
Place the rissoles on the frying pan and cook for about 8minutes each side.
Serve with mashed potato, perhaps grated cheese, vegies, a nice Supreme flavoured gravy goes rather nicely as well.
