Meat rissoles (meatballs) with rice, cheese & ginger. Rissoles are a family favorite that is simple to make. I've used the combination of pork and beef and they are equally good. Freshly grate your cheese with ginger powder. There is not a frying! Equipment

Silicone baking form, oven, grater

Ingredients

  • 250 g beef
  • 250 g pork
  • 200 g rice
  • 150 g cheese
  • 1 piece onion
  • 1 piece egg
  • 1 pinch ginger
  • 1 pinch soy sauce
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 100 g breading

Instructions

  1. Minced meat: mix pork & beef meat, boiled rice, browned onion, egg, sauce Sen Soi Yakitory, salt & pepper for your taste.

  2. Need to grate a cheese (small parts) and add a ginger powder.

  3. A coat is a Siberian vitamin cellulose (a base is a wheat coat & a kernel of a cedar nut). Or analog.

  4. Use a silicon form for baking. Cook rissoles in the oven. There is not a frying.

  5. Fill every cell of baking form: minced meat, then cheese with ginger, then minced meat again and coat as finish layer.

  6. Cook it in the oven as 200 °C (392 °F) at 30 minutes.
