Aluminium foil, barbecue plate or grill

Ingredients

  • 2 ears of corn, cut in half
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place each half cob of corn onto a sheet of aluminium foil large enough to wrap around the cob.

  2. Break each teaspoon of butter into small pieces and dot into a line across top of corn and sprinkle generously with black pepper.

  3. Roll foil up and cook over barbecue plate or grill for around 15 minutes, or until cooked to personal preference, turning often.
