A scrumptious, low fat, low GI smoothie which I found in the October 2005 issue of the Australian magazine 'Delicious' and have adapted. Because it's different from other smoothies I've made, I have posted it here for safekeeping - and for the 2005 Zaar World Tour.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strawberries (or mixture of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) or 1/2 cup blueberries (or mixture of raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- 1 banana, chopped
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 (375 ml) can evaporated low-fat milk
- 2 scoops low-fat frozen yogurt or 2 scoops low-fat ice cream
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the smoothie into 2 tall glasses and serve.
