Ingredients
- Pudding
- 3 tablespoons of shortening
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 2 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 cups of cranberries, rinsed
- Sauce
- 2/3 cup of butter
- 1 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
- 2 cups of heavy cream (whipping cream)
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract

Instructions
Preheat Preheat oven to 350F
Whisk Whisk together dry ingredients
Mix Mix together shortening, sugar, egg and milk
Combine Mix together dry and wet mixtures
Fold Gently fold in cranberries
Bake Bake in a 9x13 pan at 350F for 30-40 mins.
Mix Melt butter in a saucepan. Stir in sugar until dissolved then add whipping cream. Remove from heat and add vanilla.
