Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 5/8 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon of allspice
  • 1 /4 teaspoon of ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Preheat Preheat oven to 250F

  2. Whisk 1 egg white 1 tsp water ½ tsp salt Mix above until frothy.

  3. Coat Add 1 pound of nuts & mix until fully coated.

  4. Whisk 5/8 cup sugar 1 tsp cinnamon ¼ tsp allspice ¼ tsp ginger ¼ tsp cloves

  5. Pour Pour ½ mixture on coated nuts. Spread nuts on greased cookie sheet. Spread balance of mixture on top of nuts.

  6. Bake Bake at 250 degrees for 20 minutes. Turn oven off. Turn nuts over and return to oven for 30 minutes.
